6.1.

Troubleshooting:

Malfunction
The deep fryer doesn't
switch on
Fryer doesn't heat up
Deep fryer overheats
 Make regular check-up of the equipment in order to safeguard the maximum lifetime of the
componentes. This check-up has to be carried out by qualified technical staff.
 The TR models have to be taken off the power source via the disjunctor
Substituting power cables 
6.2.
 Only qualified and competente staff can substitute the power cable.
In case it's necessary, substitute the power cable with the following cable types, supplied by the
manufacturer or official agents:
Monophase models: cable type H07RN-F 3G1.5 mm
Triphase models with 5.1 kW: cable type H07RN-F 5G1.5 mm
Triphase models with 7.5 kW: cable type H07RN-F 5G2.5 mm
The triphase models require a 5-point-plug.
Reset 
6.3.
The fryers are supplied with a saftey thermostat with manual reset that shuts down the equipment in the
case of anormal functioning in the temperature control system.
In order to reset, press the reset switch in the interior of the headpiece.

- Verify main switch position (TR models)
- Verify thermostat
- Verify signal light
- Verify heating elements
- Verify thermostat
- Verify contact (TR models)
