2. Press the ON/OFF key, select the
desired time, frequency. Press the
START/STOP key and the platform
will start after a few seconds.
3. You can stop the platform at any
time by pressing the START/STOP
key.
The Combo vibration platform is fitted
with a safety fuse to protect the
equipment.
It will trip if it detects electrical
problems with the mains sup.
MANUAL FUNCTION.-
Press the SELECT key to select the
manual
position,
START/STOP
platform.
While the platform is operating, you
can vary the exercise time (30- 45- 60-
90seconds)
and
settings (30- 35- 40- 45Hz.).
PROGRAM FUNCTION.-
This platform has 5 preset programs
that can help you to exercise without
making any changes on the monitor.
Press the SELECT key to select the
Program position, then press the
keys to select the program, next press
the START/STOP key to start the
platform.
The profile graphs for these preset
programs can be found at the end of
this instruction book.
The vibration platform is fitted with a
safety fuse to protect the equipment.

back of the column the error message
E00 may appear. Switch the platform
then

start

START-UP MASSAGE BAND.-
1 Plug the mains cable (55) into the
socket (M) on the column, Fig.2.
The other end of the cable is plugged
into the electric wall socket (220V).

a slight pressure on it, press the
ON/Off switch (N), Fig.3, and ther
machine will start.
