Removal instructions
1.
Verify all hardware contents listed above are present. Carefully read all instructions before installing.
2.
If vehicle is equipped with a receiver hitch system, remove the two bolts that support the bumper on the hitch. (FIGURE 1)
3.
Remove the nuts from the main bumper bracket located in front of the bumper assy. (Figure 2)
4.
Remove the nuts and bolts from the lower portion of the inner bumper brackets. (FIGURE 3)
5.
Remove lower bolt for inner brackets to chassis. (FIGURE 4)
6.
Remove the connector for the license plate lamp from the junction block located next to the spare tire. (FIGURE 6)
7.
The original bumper can then be removed.
8.
Transfer any other original parts to new bumper as needed.
9.
Install new inner brackets to frame rail using two M14 bolts and two M10 bolts.
10. Install new outer brackets to the new bumper using the supplied carriage bolts, flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. (FIGURE 5)
11. Splice original harness connector to new harness based on wire colors.
12. Install the new license plate lamp housings bulbs and harness to the new bumper. (FIGURE 7)
13. Install the new bumper to the frame, use the supplied bolt plate and nuts to hold it in place while all other hardware is installed.
14. Do not tighten any hardware until all other hardware is installed and aligned.
15. Reconnect wiring harness.
16. Tighten all bolts to torque spec of 90 ft/lbs.
(It is recommended to occasionally re-check and tighten hardware)
Care instructions
Regular waxing is recommended. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives

Stainless steel products can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Stainless steel polish should be used to polish small scratches.

Gloss black finishes should be cleaned with mild soap and water

Instrucciones de eliminación
1.
Verifique todo contenido de ferreteria listó encima de son presente. Lea con cuidado todas instrucciones antes de instalar.
2.
Si vehículo es equipado con un receptor ata sistema, quita los dos cerrojos que sostienen los parachoques en el ata. (FIGURA 1)
3.
Quite las tuercas del principal corchete abundante situaron delante del assy abundante. (FIGURA 2)
4.
Quite las tuercas y los cerrojos de la porción más baja de los corchetes interiores de parachoques. (FIGURA 3)
5.
Quite cerrojo más bajo para corchetes interiores al chasis. (FIGURA 4)
6.
Quite el conector para la lámpara de matrícula del bloque de empalme situó junto al neumático de recambio. (FIGURA 6)
7.
Los parachoques originales entonces pueden ser quitados.
8.
Transfiera cualquier otras partes originales a nuevos parachoques necesitaron como.
9.
Instale nuevos corchetes interiores para encuadrar utilizar de baranda dos cerrojos M14 y dos cerrojos M10.
10. Instale nuevos corchetes exteriores a los nuevos parachoques que utilizan los cerrojos suministrados del coche, arandelas planas, cierran aran-
delas, y las tuercas. (FIGURA 5)
11. Empalme el conector original de arreos a nuevos arreos basados en colores de alambre.
12. Instale las nuevas bombillas de envolturas de lámpara de matrícula y enjaece a los nuevos parachoques. (FIGURA 7)
13. Instale los nuevos parachoques al marco, utilizan el plato suministrado de cerrojo y tuercas para tenerlo en lugar mientras todo el otro serreteria
es instalado.
14. No apriete ningún ferreteria hasta que todo el otro ferreteria sea instalado y es alineado.
15. Conecte de nuevo arreos de alambrado.
16. Apriete todos cerrojos al spec del momento de torsión de 90 p/lbs.
(Es recomendado para reexaminar ocasionalmente y para apretar ferreteria)
