This function is intended to deeply discharged
lead-acid batteries to reactivate.
Defective lead-acid batteries (cell short) can not be reactivated.
The reactivation is started by reconnecting the battery and confirming the
"Start" button. The display shows "REACTIVATION ACTIVE".
If, instead, an error message "No battery connected" no battery or a deeply
discharged battery (Voltage of the battery is less than 3V or the battery cable
