Full face mask with particle fi lter P3
Full face mask with gas fi lter *)
Device with combined fi lter
*) Provided that the maximum permissible detrimental gas concentration for the gas fi lter is not exceeded.
For non-powered fi ltering devices with gas fi lter, concentration must not exceed 0.1 vol.% in gas fi lter class 1
and 0.5 vol.% in gas fi lter class 2 and 1.0 vol.% in gas fi lter class 3.
**) If national guidelines exist: in all cases the lowest value applies.
***) AS/NZS 1715 recommends a minimum protection factor of up to 10 for a Half mask respirator fi tted with
a P2 or P3 fi lter.

Power-assisted full face mask with
particle fi lter TM3P
Power-assisted full face mask with
gas fi lter *)
TM3 gas fi lter class 1, 2 or 3
Device with combined fi lter
*) Provided that the maximum permissible detrimental gas concentration for the gas fi lter is not exceeded.
For power-assisted fi ltering devices with gas fi lter, concentration must not exceed 0.05 vol.% in gas fi lter
class 1 and 0.1 vol.% in gas fi lter class 2 and 0.5 vol.% in gas fi lter class 3.
**) If national guidelines exist: in all cases the lowest value applies.
4. Preparations for use, and Donning
See Instructions for Use of the fi lter and the blower device to be used.
Check before use
•
intactness of facepiece, rubber parts and visor
•
head harness condition and elasticity
•
that speech diaphragm is in place
•
that exhalation valve is in place and that its cover is properly fastened
•
that inh. and exh. valves function properly
•
that the fi lter is correct for the intended use. Filter type and class are evident from the
marking.
•
storage period of the fi lter has not been exceeded
•
fi lter condition and intactness. Shake the fi lter to ensure that there are no loose
components/contents. The fi lter shall be replaced if it has been exposed to strong
press or impact. It may be damaged.
