Measurement bay level

FWA 9000 is only to be used in conjunction with
approved lifts and adapters.

The permissible height difference must not be ex-
ceeded for the vehicle wheel support points on the
measurement bay (turntables and sliding bases) in
the transverse, longitudinal or diagonal directions.

The permissible measurement and working height
level must be maintained for lifts.

Level checking must be performed by customer ser-
vice using an optical leveling device. There must be a
vehicle of average weight on the lift when checking.

If necessary, correct the height difference by leve-
ling the lift or by fitting turntable bases and sliding
plates in the case of an inspection pit measurement
bay.

Items to be checked on the vehicle (correct if necessa-

Inflation pressure and tread depth

Condition of suspension
R
Condition of steering arms, wheel bearings and
track rod joints

Distribution of test loads in vehicle
