Automatic setup:
1. Select "Auto configuration" for automatic
setup of the RAID set.
2. To create a RAID set press "Y", to undo press
"N".
3. Press "Ctrl+E" to exit the menu.
Your Striped RAID set is now configured.
Note: If you do not have access to the
newly created "striped" disk set in Windows, it
may be necessary to define a partition e.g. using
FDISK or a similar program.
Manual setup:
1. Select "Manual configuration" for manual
setup of the RAID set.
2. Select the drive that is connected to port 0,
then the drive connected to port 1.
3. Then select the size of the packets (chunks)
on the hard disk.
4. The program will ask how large each packet
to be written to the disk should be. For normal
use 64k is the best choice. If you only write
large files to the disk, the figure should be set
higher. If you write a lot of small files, the
figure should be set lower.
