3.3.3. „VAC PULSE" FUNCTION
The pressure of the normal welding function can sometimes
be too high for delicate products that could be damaged
under the pressure. In this case, the „PULSE VAC" function
can be used to control vacuum time and pressure.
This function can also be used to prevent liquids from being
sucked out from products with the high liguids content.
When packing some juicy items, you can use this function
to prevent liquids from being sucked out.
1.
Place the item in the ready bag. Leave 5 cm of free
space between the top edge of the bag and the
contents to allow welding.
2.
Connect the power cord.
3.
Open the cover.
4.
Place the open end of the bag on the sealing strip.
5.
Close the cover.
6.
Select the „PULSE VAC" function and press the
„START" button. The device will switch to standby
mode
7.
Hold the „VAC TIME +" or „VAC TIME -" button until
the device reaches the desired pressure. It is worth
to observe the bag during vacuum welding to decide
on the right pressure. During this process, you can
stop suction by pressing the „VAC TIME +" or „VAC
TIME -" button, and press the button again to suck
again.
8.
After obtaining the correct pressure, press the
„START" button to start sealing.
9.
The „VAC TIME" indicator counts down to zero. After
the countdown, the welding process stops.
10.
After the welding process is complete, you can open
the cover using the handle and remove the closed
bag.
3.3.4.
WELDING
WITH
AN
EXTERNAL
VACUUM
CONTAINER.
CAUTION! An external vacuum container is not included.
The air suction hose may not fit all container covers.
1.
Before usage, the cover and container should be
wiped dry, make sure that both components are
clean.
2.
Place the product in the container with the cover on
the top, leaving at least 3 cm clearance between the
cover and the product.
3.
Place the cover on the container.
4.
Insert one end of the hose into the appropriate inlet
of the device. Place the other end of the hose into
the appropriate container inlet, pressing firmly to
ensure a tight fit.
5.
Close the cover and turn on the device.
6.
Select the „CANISTER" function and press the
„START" button.
7.
The device will continue air suction until it is
completely removed.
3.3.5. PICKLING
In marinating mode, the device can perform two operation
modes: sucking and releasing air into the canister. This
allows the dishes to obtain the optimal pickling infusion in
the shortest possible time.
Tip! When using a pickling container, the knob should be
placed on the cover of the container. Make sure that the
knob is set to „OPEN", not „VACUUM", when pickling.
12
1.
Place the product in the container.
2.
Ensure that the container cover seal is free of dirt and
food debris.
3.
Leave a gap between the cover and the contents of
the container.
4.
Close the cover.
5.
Turn the knob on the cover of the container to the
„OPEN" position.
6.
Connect the hose to the device and to the container.
7.
Close the device cover and select the „MARINATE"
function.
8.
Press the „START" button.
9.
When the device reaches the appropriate pressure,
the pickling process begins. The device stops sucking
air and then releases air into the container. The work
cycle is repeated continuously for 30 minutes, then
the machine will stop automatically.
10.
After the first operating cycle, the device will perform
suction again and the cycle described above will be
repeated the second time.
11.
In order to turn off the process stops and turn off the
device, press the „OFF" button.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used.
b)
Use only mild, food-safe detergents to wash the
device.
c)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
d)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
f)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
g)
Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
h)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
i)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
j)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
k)
Do not clean the device with an acidic substance,
agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage
the device.
