Before starting with assembly unpack all the parts of the staircase. Arrange them on an ample surface and check
the quantities (TAB. 1: A = Code, B = Quantity).
Preliminary assembly
1. D ecide the ascending direction of rotation (Fig. 2) before drilling the treads L31 using a 5 mm Ø bit. Assemble
and fasten the parts F23 on the lower part of the treads L31 using the parts C89, C13, B02 (Fig. 3). Consider
that the convex part of the tread must remain at the front going up. Repeat this operation underneath the
landing part with indentation E04 (Fig. 4).
2. C arefully measure the floor to floor height to determine the number of spacer rings D45 required and prepare
them above each spacer D47 (TAB. 2).
3. A ssemble the components C69 on the balusters CB6 (H. 1160mm) and CB7 (H. 935mm) using the parts C77
(Fig. 5).
Keep one baluster CB6 without the components C69 pre-assembled to use as first baluster on the ground
together with the reinforcement pole F07.
4. Assemble the base G03 with the parts B17 and B46 (Fig. 1).
Assembly
5. Determine the centre of the opening in the floor and position the base G03+B17+B46 (Fig. 6).
6. D rill with a 12mm Ø bit and fasten the base G03 + B17 + B46 to the floor using the parts C88, C91 and C85
(Fig. 1).
7. Screw the tube G02 onto the base G03+B17+B46 (Fig. 1).
8. F it the parts in the following order: spacer rings D45, spacer D47, spacer rings D45, the first tread L31, spacer
rings D45, spacer D47, spacer rings D45, the second tread L31, and so forth. Arrange the treads alternately on
the right and left so that the weight is evenly distributed (Fig. 7).
9. O nce you have reached the end of the tube G02, screw on the part B47, screw on the next tube G02 and
continue to assemble the staircase (Fig. 7).
10. O nce you have reached the end of the tube G02, screw on the part B46 and the part G01. The latter must
exceed the height of the landing floor by about 15cm (Fig. 8). Continue fitting the treads using the part D01
assembled on the final treads L31 not centred on the pole G02.
11. After fitting all the treads L31, fit the landing floor E04 (Fig. 1).
12. F it the parts B05 and B04 and tighten the part B03 sufficiently, considering that the treads must still rotate (Fig. 1).
Fixing the landing
13. M ove elements F12 close to the floor. Determine the position keeping a distance of about 15 cm from the edge
of the landing E04. Drill with a Ø 12 mm bit (Fig. 9). Finally fasten using the parts C85, C91 and C88 (Fig. 10).
14. F asten the parts F12 to the landing E04 using the parts C89 drilling the landing E04 with a 5mm Ø bit after
checking that the landing is perfectly horizontal (Fig. 10).
Assembling the railing
15. Fan out the treads L31. You can now climb the stairs.
16. S tarting from the landing E04, fit the long balusters CB6 (H.1160 mm) connecting the treads L31 keeping
the holes of the part B53 oriented towards the centre of the staircase and in such a way that the previously
assembled parts C69 face the outside of the railing (Fig. 11).
17. C heck that all the balusters CB6 positioned are vertical. Be very careful during this operation, since it is very
important for successful assembly.
18. Finally tighten the balusters CB6 to the treads L31 by screwing on the parts B02 (Fig. 1).
19. Check the verticality of the balusters CB6 again and correct if necessary.
20. F asten element F01 to the floor next to the first baluster CB6 drilling with a Ø 8mm bit. Use the parts C90, B12
and B02 (Fig. 1).
21. P osition the first baluster CB6 together with the reinforcement part F07. Fasten the component F07 using the
parts B02 and fasten the baluster CB6 to the floor using the part B02 (Fig. 12).
22. Assemble the components C69 on the first baluster CB6 using the parts C77.
23. F inally tighten the part B03 (Fig. 11).
24. H eat the handrail A02 until it is pliable:
1) Place the handrail on the cover of the wooden crate
