4 - Rotate the timer (B) to start the appliance and set processing time.
When the timer indicates that set time has elapsed, wait several seconds before re-
moving the container.
If food product is not adequately processed, place the container in the chamber and
set a new processing time.
Caution - Precaution
To avoid burn hazards, place and remove food products with specific utensils.
For first appliance use, before operating, remove any protective film lining, fill a cup
with water and lemon juice, place it in the processing chamber and run the appli-
ance for about 10 minutes at maximum power to eliminate any unpleasant odours
produced by construction materials.
– Do not place metal containers (steel, copper, aluminium, etc.) or metal-plated or metal
engraved containers (gold, silver, etc.) in the chamber to prevent sparks or magnetic
arcs from generating.
– Do not use the appliance to hard boil eggs.
– Do not use containers made with unsuitable materials and never use the appliance emp-
ty. To avoid starting the appliance when empty, we recommend you leave a full glass of
water in the chamber to absorb any microwaves.
– Punch holes in any food products with peels (potatoes, apples, etc.) or sealed cases
(sausages, hotdogs, etc.) to prevent them from exploding. Remove any metal clips.
– If the appliance is not working correctly 8for example, does not turn on), do not remove
any part and do not attempt to repair it in any way. Contact your dealer or authorised
service centre.
– Mix processed liquid food products well to evenly distribute the temperature and, when
heating baby food, check temperature to avoid burns.
– To quicken some food product processing (chicken, hamburger, etc.) turn food at least
once. For roasts, turn several times. For other types of products (meatballs, croquettes,
etc.) move them from the centre outward and vice versa.
