8. OPERATING TROUBLE

Switch the circulator OFF before doing any
work on it.

To prevent queries and incorrect order be sure to
provide all of the information on the type plate with
each order.
CAUSE

a) Check the supply voltage (observe type plate information).
b) Check electrical fuses.
c) Check settings.
d) Remove the motor and clean the impeller.
e) - Disconnect the electrical connection.
- Release the union nut (FIG. 2 - item 4),
remove the motor and impeller and restore movement to
the impeller by rotating and flushing out any dirt.
a) Refer to "Motor blocked" above.
b) Check the shut-off devices, which must be open fully.
