instructions carefully before
working on your appliance. Retain the in-
structions for use for future reference or for
subsequent possessors.
Description
These instructions describe the installation
of the R + D 55/65/75/90 brush head on ap-
pliance types B 60 W, B 80 W, and B 90 R
NOTICE
Prior to the installation, you must check
whether the brush head is suitable for the
appliance.
The appliance generations of the B 60 W
can be distinguished by means of the first 4
figures of the order number.
After the installation, the brush heads must
be adjusted to ensure an optimised clean-
ing result.
The adjustments are described at the end
of these instructions under "Adjusting the
brush heads".

Safety instructions

Assembly must be carried out by a
–
qualified specialist.
Assembly B 60 W + B 80 W /
2.384-xxx.0 / 2.259-xxx.0
1 Remove the existing holders.
2 Insert the adapter into the intake.
3 Bolt the holder to the cleaning head. 5
screws 5x35 in the front (only with R-
head), 4 screws 5x16 at the bottom.
4 Lower holder (pedal with B 60, via the
grey supervisor menu with the B 80).
5 Slide the brush head under the appli-
ance.
6 Compress the holding clamp.
7 Push the retaining clamp down and
snap in place.
8 Establish the electrical connection.
9 Create a water connection.
10 Adjust the holder, for this purpose, open
the quick release and move the holder.
11 Insert safety pin.
12 Ensure that the locking mechanism
properly snaps into place in the groove
at the safety pin.
Adjust the brush head after the installa-
tion.

Installation of the B 90 R
1 Place the brush head next to the appli-
ance.
2 Remove the fastening lever from the
top intake.
3 Remove the front locking tabs.
4 Remove cover.
5 Press down the rear surface of the ped-
al to raise/lower the cleaning head, re-
lease and let the pedal move upwards.
