Before using the tool, control its integrity, if there are any defective parts, or it has other conditions, which could negatively influence its

functions and safety. Remove all the packaging material and make sure that the appliance is in good condition. If you have any doubt, do

not use the appliance and contact our After-Sales Service. Keep the packaging material (staples, nylon bags, etc.) out of the reach of

children. Before plugging the soldering iron into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of the appliance.

This appliance must be connected to an approved mains socket that complies with the safety regulations on electrical systems for civil

purposes. The electrical system must be specific for the appliance rated voltage. Never cover the appliance, as this could cause risk of

overheating.

Do not leave the soldering iron on, if you do not use it; it causes an early oxidation reaching over-temperatures which could compromise

the duration of the resistances.

The appliance must be used only for its intended use, that is soldering iron. Any other use than its intended purpose shall be deemed to be

improper and hazardous. The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for damages derived from misuse of this appliance.

Always unplug the appliance before performing any maintenance and whether it is not used for long periods of time. Before inserting or

removing the tips, unplug the appliance. Never connect the power cord to extensions or triple plugs. Do not pull or damage the power cord

If the appliance does not work properly, immediately turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains socket. For repairs, contact a

technical support centre authorised by the manufacturer, and require that original spare parts be used. Using parts that do not conform to

the product may seriously compromise its correct operation. This tool can set fire to different materials, make a proof on a discarded

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's technical support service, or by an adequately

qualified technician so as to prevent any risks.

ATTENTION: Always place the stand on a flat and regular surface.

If necessary, use safety glasses.

Choose the tip and insert on the soft-solder. Control that the tip is clean and the hole where you must insert it is free from

impurities. Insert the threaded end into the soft-solder and rotate clockwise. Tighten the tip manually to lock it. Do not use

pliers or other tools.

Plug the appliance into a current socket with the following characteristics: 230V-50Hz.

The pyrograph can be set to two positions:

Move the switch to choose the low (I) or high (II) adjustment. Use the highest adjustment (II) for the soldering and pyrography

and the lowest adjustment (I) to apply on tissues, paper, transfers and plastic.

Before removing the tip, unplug the soft-solder from the electric supply and leave it cool. Rotate the tip anticlockwise.

ROUND - to write and create curved lines.

CONICAL - to use for cutting or detailed pyrography.

UNIVERSAL - large and thin lines on different materials.

DROP-SHAPED - to draw flowers.

MINI IRON – transfers on tissues or thermo-adhesive tapes

SOLDERING – soldering with or without wire.

HOT KNIVES – to cut on foamed plastic, cord.

ATTENTION: Some tools (i.e hot knives) are sharp and can cause wounds. Pay attention you do not cut yourself.

FLEXIBLE PLIERS ON ARMS: The base of the soft-solder is equipped with pliers on flexible arms to hold small pieces to work

firm. The pliers grasping the piece become hot. Leave the pliers cool down, before touching them or putting away the solder. The

small sponge is useful to maintain the tips clean. The sponge has to be completely wet before its use; control it frequently to be

sure it does not dry. Do not touch the dry sponge with hot tip. Do not touch the plastic parts of the base with hot tip.
