IMPORTANT:
• READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE
USE AND KEEP THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
• APPLY BOTH BRAKES WHEN PARKING THE
MACLAREN EASY TRAVELLER.
• A CHILD'S SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
AND MAY BE AFFECTED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW
THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
• DO NOT PLACE MORE THAN 1 lb OF WEIGHT
IN THE CUP HOLDER OR MORE THAN 4.5 lbs
IN THE MESH BASKET. DOING SO MAY CAUSE
THE MACLAREN EASY TRAVELLER TO BECOME
UNSTABLE.
Remove the Maclaren Easy Traveller from the box. Retain all materials for
future reference or use.
1 TO OPEN THE MACLAREN EASY TRAVELLER
A Release the storage clip.
B Open out the Maclaren Easy Traveller.
C Using foot, push the footplate down fully to engage the primary lock.
WARNING: Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use
2 TO OPERATE THE BRAKES
A To engage brakes: With foot, push BOTH brake levers to the right.
B To release brakes: With foot, push BOTH brake levers to the left.
Note that both brakes should be applied. Parking devices shall be engaged
during the loading and unloading of children.
3 OPERATING FRONT WHEEL SWIVEL LOCKS
A To lock swivels: Align front wheels and press down on locking levers.
B To unlock swivels: Raise locking levers
4 FOLDING THE MACLAREN EASY TRAVELLER
Remove the infant car seat and all contents of the shopping basket and
cup holder.
A Using foot, lift up on the footplate to release the primary lock.
B Push down on the secondary lock lever
C Grip handles and push forward on Maclaren Easy Traveller.
D Compress folded Maclaren Easy Traveller and engage the storage
clip.
The Maclaren Easy Traveller can be carried using the handle on the left side.
5 TO ADAPT THE MACLAREN EASY TRAVELLER TO YOUR INFANT CAR SEAT
Please see the following chart to determine the proper configuration of
the front cross bar for your particular Infant Car Seat.

Using a cross-headed (phillips) screwdriver and a spanner or pliers, loosen
the screw in each side of the front cross bar.
Remove the screws, locknuts and washers.
Slide the front cross bar to the correct height (A, B or C) and reinsert
screws and attach washers and locknuts.
Tighten the screws into the locknuts until resistance is felt then firmly
continue tightening for two turns to lock the screws.

Gently lower the car seat into the chassis so that the front cross-bar
enters the large groove on the front of the car seat. It must be oriented so
that the child will face the rear of the Maclaren Easy Traveller.

FOR THE COSCO, EVENFLO, GRACO, COMBI, AND BRITAX INFANT
CAR SEATS: Place the car seat straps over the top of the car seat and
snap the two buckles together. The first time you do this, you will
need to adjust the car seat straps to the proper length for a secure fit
around the car seat.
D FOR THE PEG PEREGO CAR SEAT: Rotate the car seat handle toward the
foot end of the seat until locked into place. Then loop the two ends of the
car seat strap over the car seat handle and snap the two buckles together.
The first time you do this, you will need to adjust the car seat straps to the
proper length for a secure fit around the car seat.
WARNING
YOU MUST SECURE THE CAR SEAT STRAP AROUND
THE CAR SEAT EACH TIME IT IS INSTALLED IN THE
MACLAREN EASY TRAVELLER. FAILURE TO DO SO
MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH OF
THE CHILD.

Test for secure installation by moving the car seat in all directions. If
necessary, unbuckle the car seat strap, tighten its adjustment, and
re-buckle.
6 REMOVING THE INFANT CAR SEAT FROM THE MACLAREN EASY TRAVELLER
A
Unbuckle the car seat strap and remove it clear of the infant car seat.
B
Adjust the car seat handle to its upright carry position and with one hand,
grab the handle.
C
With your other hand, release the handle on the back of the car seat
which secures the car seat to the front cross bar (if applicable).
Lift the car seat out of the Maclaren Easy Traveller.
