PREPARATION
Cut in 5mm slices and dip in 1/4
cup lemon juice + 2 cups water
solution

Wash and towel dry. Remove pits
Peel and cut in 1/4" slices
Towel dry
Wash and towel dry. Cut in 1cm
slices. Place skin (outside) down
on rack
Wash and towel dry. Remove
stems, chop coarsely about 2,5cm
pieces
Wash and towel dry. Cut off stem
end. Cut into 2mm slices
Wash, drain well.and towel dry. Cut
in 2mm slices.
Rinse and dry with paper towel
Use basil leaves 3 to 4 inches
from top. Spray with water, shake
off moisture and pat dry
