Run the cables for the flasher through the M10 flasher nut, the flasher base
and the holes in the upper license plate bracket (purple/brown left, black/brown
right).
Position the flasher holder run the cables through. Tighten the M10 flasher
nut. Mount the flasher, flasher inserts and flasher glasses. The drain hole
must face down.
Position the upper license plate bracket on the lower license plate bracket
but do not screw together yet. Run the wiring harness through the lower rear
section. Insert the mounting bolt for the rear lower section 61108130000
(1).

Run the wiring harness and screw the lower license plate bracket onto the
upper license plate bracket. (2) = KTM M6x25 collar screw 0014060253,
(3) = EJOT PT 60x30 screw 0017060303, (4) = EJOT PT K60x20 screw
0017060203

Position the range change metal nuts on the retaining bracket as illustrated.
Clip on the rubber spacers.
Clip the retaining bracket lever on to the cable nipple.
Mount the rear top section lock with the M6x25 flat-head screws but do not
tighten them yet.
NOTE: the retaining bracket is asymmetric. The indentations face towards
the front, the cable to the left.
