Introduction
Read this documentation before starting up the ma-
chine. This is a precondition for safe working and fl aw-
less operation.
Observe the safety warnings in this documentation and
on the machine.
This documentation is a permanent integral part of the
product described and must be passed on to the new
owner if the machine is sold.

Spare parts and accessories
Caution!
Disconnect the machine from the mains power
supply before commencing assembly and main-
tenance work.
The machine must not be operated before as-
sembly work has been completed.
The machine may only be operated in perfect
technical condition.
Protective guards and other safety equipment
must not be disabled.
The machine must not be operated if the opera-
tor is under the infl uence of alcohol, drugs or
medication.
Children and other persons who are unfamiliar
with the operating instructions must not operate
the machine.
Observe local regulations regarding minimum
age requirements for operating the machine.
Keep third parties away from the danger area.
Do not leave the machine unattended.
Ensure that all nuts, bolts and screws are tightened
and that the machine is in a safe operational state.
Let the motor cool down before storing the machine in
a closed room.
Regularly check the grass catcher for wear or loss of
functional capability.
Exchange worn or damaged parts for safety reasons.
Only original spare parts and original accessories may
be used.
