This LOOK frame and fork assembly is a very
technical French designed product.
Your LOOK 595 frame and HSC 6 fork
are identical to those supplied to major
professional teams and are inspected
throughout their manufacturing process so
that you will be ensured full satisfaction
with them.
All LOOK products comply with both
European and International standards.
We recommend that a professional per-
forms the installation and assembly of
your bicycle and its accessories.
It is important to read all instructions be-
fore starting, and respect all recommen-
dations given to achieve full benefit of this
high quality product.

Your frame:
Your frame was manufactured in accor-
dance with the specifications determined by
the LOOK design headquarters.
Your frame is delivered with the profiled
E Post seatpost (LOOK patent, fitted with a
carbon seat clamp), the height adjustment
kit, the clamping system, cable grommet
under the bottom bracket, interchangeable
rear derailleur hanger, water bottle carrier
screws, front derailleur braze on tab, and the
front brake attachment nut.
This built-in steering assembly frame is sup-
plied with the Aheadset carbon pivot fork,
the corresponding steering assembly, and
thickness rings and the steering assembly
adjustment cap.
The steering assembly is delivered com-
pletely assembled and greased.
INSTALLING THE 1-1/4" LOOK INTEGRATED STEERING ASSEMBLY
Specific feature of the steering assembly
and the frame:
The frame's head tube internal bearing
assembly contains two removable inner
and outer bearing thrust rings, patented
by LOOK. These rings are installed at
the factory but may be replaced if they
are damaged... This system provides
added protection to the frame's head tube
assembly.
Check before installation:
Pre-assemble the components in the upper
bushing in the order shown on the diagram.
Pre-assemble the components in the lower
bushing.
Check that there is sufficient
clearance between the bushing and the fork
so that the fork can turn freely.
The bearings must be assembled in the
bushing with little or no resistance.
