Adjusting the reclining position
NOTE: Make sure that both the backrest end caps are correctly in place for
both of the two possible positions.
•
The seat has two reclining positions.
•
Press the backrest end caps on both sides, to obtain the most reclined position
(fig.1).
•
Pull both end caps outwards to place the backrest in the second position (fig.2).
Adjusting the height of the headrest (fig.3)
•
Keep the headrest adjustment button pressed and pull upwards to adjust the height.
•
Release the button to secure it in the required position.
Installing the car safety seat
NOTE: The KODE FIX can be installed on the vehicle seat with or without
the fix connectors.
•
Put the backrest into one of the two possible positions.
•
Press the buttons, found on the sides of the seat of the product, and extract the fix
connectors (fig.4).
•
Position the clips in front of both ISOFIX slots, which are situated between the seat and
the backrest (fig.5).
•
Place the safety seat on the vehicle seat, and put the headrest into the highest position
(fig.6).
•
Find the isofix anchors of the vehicle seat, and line the connectors up with them
(fig.7).
•
Press the child restraint system, leaning on the front part, against the vehicle seat.
If using the fix connectors they will click when correctly fastened, and a green signal
will appear on the sides of the connectors (fig.8). Make sure that both connectors are
correctly fastened.
WARNING: Make sure that both connectors are correctly fastened.
•
Seat the child and take hold of the end of the seat belt, pass the diagonal section
through the guide on the headrest.
•
The abdominal section should go over the child's legs, under both armrests. It should
