Use the schematics on page 60 for using the machine.
At the start of the day power up the machine with the aid of the main switch inside the ma-
chine (near the crumb collector).
Utilisation procedure :
1. Open the security lid ;
2. Put your loaf on the bread pusher, under the blades ;
3. Close the security lid.
At the end of the day, press the red STOP button to switch the machine off.
Tip : After a few days work have the blade tension checked by a qualified person.
Capacity : Number of breads cut per day : 0 to 2.000 (depending on the type of bread)
Loaf dimensions (L x w x h) (cm): min. 12 x 6 x 6 - max. 44 x 16 x 18
Safety :

The opening of the crumb tray will prevent the machine from working ;

The opening of the front safety lid will prevent the machine from working.
