FUNCTIONING
The temperature measurement in the cabin is made at regular intervals. This informati-
on is transmitted to the thermostat as a current value, and gets compared to the value
set by the user.
- If the current value is inferior to the set vlaue, the thermostat makes the device
heat.
- If the current value is superior or equal to the set value, the thermostat stops
the heating.
Regardless of this cycle, the digital display shows the ambiant temperature in the cabin,
so that the user can compare it to the set value and adjust it more precisely in an easy
way.

OPERATION
1. Plug in the device.
2. Regulate the thermostat on the chosen value.
3. Turn on the device. The ON/OFF knob lights up, as well as the green control light
(only by the model RCHT-1200).
4. The orange light turns on, the heating element starts to heat and the temperature
in the cabin raises little by little.
5. You can then insert the water tray in the showcase. The evaporating water com-
pensates the dessication of the meals due to the heat developped by the device.
6. As soon as the set temperature is reached, the orange light turns off and the hea-
ting elements stops to heat.
7. As soon as the temperature in the cabin decreases, the thermostat reacts to it : the
orange light turns on again and the heating bar restarts to heat.
8. After use, reset the thermostat on zero. When that is done, you can simply turn off
the device by switching the ON/OFF knob.
9. Generally speaking, it is advisable to unplug the device while not used.
10. When the device cooled down, take out the water and the collection tray, empty
and clean them. This should be done after each use to keep the device in perfect
hygienic condition.
11. To clean the rest of the device, watch up to protect the electric parts from humi-
dity and from direct water contact to avoid electric shocks and shortcircuits. An
impregnated cloth is easily enough if you regularly clean the device.
12. If you don´t use the device for a longer time or stock it, check the humidity and
temperature conditions : the air has to be dry and the device should be covered
to be protected from dust deposits.
REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Control regularly that the device doesn´t present any damage. If it should be the case,
please contact your customer service to solve the problem.

- Invoice number and serial number (the latest is to be found on the technical
plate on the device)
- If relevant, a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part
