Be ware of the extension cord - Always
keep the extension cord away from the
cutting area and obstacles. Keep it away
from heat, oil and sharp edges. Frequently
inspect the extension cord; do not use
insulation tape to mend it.

Do not force the trimmer or lawn mower -
The equipment will work better and safer
when used under the conditions specified.

Do not be self-confident - Keep both feet
on the ground to keep balance.
✔
Be alert - Pay attention to what is going on
around you. Do not use the trimmer or
lawn mower when you are tired, distracted,
or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Never transport the trimmer or lawn
mower by the extension cord.

Unplug the equipment - Whenever the
trimmer or lawn mower is not being used
or when making adjustments.

Keep the trimmer or lawn mower in good
working conditions - When not being used,
keep the equipment in a dry place,
protected from the weather, away from
children and people not familiarized with
it. Never use a water jet to clean the
trimmer or lawn mower; clean them with a
sponge or cloth soaked in mild detergent.

Take care of your trimmer or lawn mower
- Keep the equipment in perfect usage
conditions and clean to obtain good and
safer operation. Repairs must be made by
authorized technicians only.

Keep safety devices at proper places and in
working conditions.

Keep both hands and feet away from the

Check the area where the equipment will
be used - Remove all stones, pieces of
wood, wires, bones, glass and other weird
objects. Objects thrown by the equipment
may cause serious injuries to people and
animals.

If the trimmer or lawn mower throws a
weird object - Follow these steps:
a) Immediately switch the equipment off.
b) Unplug it.
c) Check the extension cord and the
trimmer or lawn mower for damages.
d) Fix any damage before switching the
equipment on again.

Spare parts - Always call TRAPP
technicians for spare parts and
maintenance services.

To reduce the risk of accidents - Frequently
inspect the trimmer or lawn mower. If
there are traces of wear out or
deterioration, provide the substitution of
parts.

To reduce the risk of electric shocks - Do
not expose the trimmer or lawn mower to
humidity. Check the status of the power
supply cord. Never fix it with insulating
tape.

If the power supply cord is
damaged, it shall be replaced by the
Trapp Assistance Shopp (or dealer)
in order to avoid the risk of
accidents.
