Pram Body Assembly

4:1a,Place the outer fabric inside the frame.
4:1b, The outer fabric should be placed in the direction so that the side with the 2 zippers on top of eachother
should be next to the reclining handle.
WARNING Make sure that the outer fabrics are put in the correct direction when assembling
4.2 Insert the plastic stick through the outer fabric opening and push inside the frame opening.
The 2 silicon sticks marked with "SHORT" must be inserted on the side with reclining handle , the 2 silicon
sticks marked with "LONG"must be inserted on the opposing side of the reclining handle. Repeat with all 4
silicon sticks.
4.3 "Click" in the plastic stick-handle in the frame opening. Repeat with all 4 plastic sticks.
4.4 Locate the 2 openings on the pram body outer fabrics and the 2 buttons screwed on the frame (on both
sides of the pram body)
4.5 Pull the outer fabrics over the 2 buttons, repeat on both sides.
WARNING Always check that the pram body outer fabrics is properly attached on both sides.
4.6 Take the fabric locking plastic part and locate the 2 buttons, that carry the fabrics on both sides.
4.7a) Put the fabric locking plastic part and place it over the 2 buttons. Press towards the foot end. Then push the
plastic locking device until it "clicks" and is firmly in place. Repeat on both sides.
4.7b) WARNING Always check that the pram body outer fabrics is properly attached on both sides.
Make sure that the 4 plastic sticks are correctly assemblied all the way through the end so that it carries the fabric
and that all the 4 plastic stick handles are correctly and securely "clicked" onto the frames opening. Make sure that
the outer fabrics 2 openings are correctly pulled over the 2 buttons screwed on the frame. Control this on both sides.
Control and make sure that the fabric locking plastic part is pressed towards the foot end (opposite direction of the
handle where the seat units angle is adjusted) and pushed in until it "clicks" and is firmly in place so that is securely
holds the outer fabric in place. Control this on both sides. Control all of this every time the pram body is assemblied.
This is very important!
4.8 Attach the 2 plastic part "U-bows" by clicking it on the both sides of the frame. Make sure that the 2 plastic
"U-bows" are attached in a way that they can only rotate towards the centre of the frame.
WARNING Always use the pram body with the 2 plastic "U-bows" in a way that they can only rotate
towards the centre of the frame.
4.9 This is how the pram body with only outer fabrics and 2 "U-bows" are correctly attached (as illustrated in
the picture). Position of 2 "U-shape plastic part approximately 6 inch/15cm from the center plastic part
4.10a, Place the Thermo Base in the pram body
4.10b, The Thermo base should be placed in way that the plastic part (as illustrated in 4.10b is visible).
4.11 Zip on the inner fabrics. Make sure the zip is closed all the way. Make sure that the inner fabric pocket with
the warning label is always at the opposing side of the handle that adjust the seat units angle.
4.12 Insert the mattress.
WARNING! Do not use additional mattresses in the Pram body. Use only the Teutonia original mattress that
comes with the pram.
WARNING Risk of suffocation! Never leave child unattended! Never use the Pram body as a cot or bed.
For example over night, unsupervised short nap or similar misuse!
4.13 Place the hood on the correct markings on the frame
