5.4 - Slow start phase (RC and SP)
A slow start phase can be inserted at the start of
a cycle.
The speed during this phase can be adjusted
from 30% up to 100% (L1 => L0) and the
duration of the phase from 0 to 9.9 sec.

5.5 - Time monitoring (Ht, Lt)
In order to detect possible stripped screw,
missing washer or other issue, the controller can
be set up with a time monitoring of the tightening
cycle.
A minimum and maximum time is set in the
controller to define a period of time.
If the screwdriver stops outside this period then it
shows an error message.
● The maximum time (Ht) can be set from 0 to
9.9 seconds.
● The minimum time (Lt) can be set from 0.01 to
9.9 seconds.
● Press the button "Clear" to toggle between the
two first and two last digits (Format x.xx sec).

5.6 - Re-hit authorization (Ll)
If the operator should be allowed to tighten again
the same screw (re-hit) then the parameters Ll
should be changed from 0 to a value between
0.01 and 9.99 .
This set the period of time after the screwdrivers
stops during which you can re-hit the screw.
This feature become available when there is no
slow start phase (Rc=0).
Press the button "Clear" to toggle between the
two first and two last digits (Format x.xx sec).
5.7 - Auto-Learning mode for time
monitoring (Ln)
Auto-learning mode is activated when the switch
5 is ON.
1. First select the program (SL) and set/check
the main parameters of the cycle (SC, At, Rc,
SP).
2. When these parameters are validated, 0.0
will be displayed on screen.
3. Tighten the screws (There is no limits in the
number of trials).
4. When done the switch 5 must be set to OFF.
The parameter Ht of the last tightening is
automatically stored for the selected program
and Lt is set to 0.
