BANANA BREAD
1 ripe banana
40g (1½ oz)
soft butter

• Pour the melted mixture into your mixer
bowl and add sugar, oats, flour and crushed
cornflakes.
• Mix together well and spread flapjack
evenly over the baking tin.
• Ask an adult to place in the oven for about
20 minutes.
• Leave flapjacks in the baking tin until warm
and then cut into fingers. Remove from tin
when cold.
