7.3 How to adjust the feeding hopper
The position of the hopper adjusting screw has already been set to the best position in the
factory. When unnecessary counting errors occur (i.e. Double notes/Chained notes), it need
to adjust the adjusting screw to optimize the banknote transport.
When the banknotes can not be counted smoothly, increase the distance.
When the machine stops and displays the codes "Double notes" or "Chained notes",
decrease the distance.
Use the straight screwdriver to adjust the adjusting screw and turn the screw clockwise to
decrease the note thickness distance, turn the screw counter-clockwise to increase the
distance. The adjustment screw is very sensitive, make only minor adjustments.

transport path, then remove the banknote and clear away the dusts (see the figure below).
Some banknotes are connected or overlapped , put the
banknotes on the banknote stacker back to the banknote
hopper to count again. If it is often displayed, adjust adjusting
screw toward the clockwise direction
Counterfeit or suspicious banknote, remove
"RESET" to continue counting.
