USER MANUAL
Dear Madam, Sir,
Webasto wishes you much pleasure when driving with your newly installed
sunroof. Below you will find all you need to know about this quality product. In
order to obtain the maximum enjoyment, please read these instructions carefully.
Wishing you happy motoring.
ELECTRIC OPERATED SUNROOFS:
When the ignition is on, button U opens the sunroof, V closes it. The roof opens
/ closes as long as you press the button. Stop pushing the switch, when the roof
has
reached the desired position. Take care not to hold any body parts, animals etc.
through the roof opening when closing the roof.
ONE-TOUCH OPERATION SUNROOFS:
Continuous control: Pushing continuously the button U (V) opens (closes) the
roof. Releasing the button stops the movement of the panel. In its tilting range,
coming up from the closed position, you can position the panel in 4 steps while
exercising continuous control. The panel closes downwards in one movement
(without intermediate steps). Do not hold anything through the roof opening
when pressing the button continuously!
One-touch control: By quickly depressing the switch (maximum 0,1 seconds) the
panel will open (U) or close (V) completely. Any movement of the panel can be
stopped by pushing switch U or V briefly again.
Pushing button © lets the roof close completely, regardless of the position.
Jamming protection: When the roof is closed by one-touch or by auto-close
and encounters an obstacle, it immediately pulls back and tries to close again,
until the obstacle has been removed.
Preset positions: Pushing button X or Y allows you to open the roof to your
favorite panel positions quickly. You can program the preset positions as follows:
place the panel in the desired position, then push button X for about 3 seconds
until you hear a beep signal. Then place it in the second desired position and
push button Y until you hear a beep.
Auto-close
When you turn off the ignition, you will hear a beep as a reminder that the auto-
close will be activated. After 3 seconds the sunroof closes automatically and
beeps twice. The sunroof halts when you press the switch U or V briefly. You
can prevent the auto-close-function by pressing U or V during the three seconds
interval. After this you still can close the sunroof. After switching the ignition
back on the sunroof operates in the normal way again.

SLIDING SUNSHADE / SUNROLLO
Sunshade and sunrollo can be pushed by hand to the desired position regardless
of the position of the glass panel. We do not advise however to close the
sunrollo completely when driving. It might happen otherwise that air pressure
dislocates the rollo. Instead, leave a gap of ca. 5 cm to let the air ventilate.
This does not apply to the sunshade. Its louvers ensure sufficient ventilation
when the sunshade is closed and the panel is open.
MAINTENANCE
For cleaning the glass use a mild non-scratching detergent and a brush or
sponge. When starting your journey you are advised not to open the sunroof if
there is moisture on the glass panel. Please drive for a few minutes to ensure that
all moisture has dissipated, then open the roof.
IN CASE OF FAILURE
The movement of the roof should happen smoothly. In case the roof does not
open or close smoothly, it is advisory to clean the seal with a mild detergent and
to open/close the roof again. Check the fuse of the sunroof as well.
If the roof still does not move smoothly, please contact your garage for
maintenance/repair.
WARRANTY
Webasto guarantees the quality and correct operation of this sunroof.
guarantee covers both parts and labor and is valid for 3 years following the
installation by and/or sale at one of the special Webasto approved dealers.
The guarantee applies only when the sunroof has been installed in accordance
with instructions. Defects caused by rough handling, incorrect use, damage of
violence the nature, accident and broken glass are not covered by the guarantee.
Any transport costs are at the responsibility of the owner. The guarantee is valid
only when this form has been filled in completely and stamped by an approved
dealer and submitted together with the invoice or receipt.
