Remove the front cover.
Place the Eve with the front cover facing upwards.
Use the box as a base, to avoid damaging the Eve.
Remove the two T25 screws from the underside.
Unscrew the two T25 screws on the side
completely.
Pull the front cover from the underside upwards
first and then straight up.
For wall mounting only:

Drill the holes for the mounting bracket.

Mark the holes to be drilled, drill them and the fit
the wall plugs.
Use the mounting bracket or the drilling
template supplied to mark the holes.
Ensure the wall plugs and screws are suitable
for the type of wall.

Fit the mounting bracket.
Secure the mounting bracket to the wall or to
the mounting pole using the 2 screws.

For wall mounting only:

Drill the holes for the Eve.
Position the Eve on the mounting bracket.
Do not drop the Eve. Keep hold of the Eve with
one hand.
Mark the holes to be drilled, drill them and the fit
the wall plugs.
Ensure the wall plugs and screws are suitable
for the type of wall.

Fit the Eve.
Position the Eve on the mounting bracket.

Do not drop the Eve. Keep hold of the Eve with
one hand.
Fit and tighten the two M8 x 12 mm screws.
For control management via SIM only:

Fit the SIM card.
Unscrew the 4 thumbscrews securing the display.
Take the display off.
Take care not to damage the cables. Keep hold
of the display.
Fit the SIM card.
Refit the display.
Tighten the 4 thumbscrews again.

Take care not to damage the thumbscrews.
Do not tighten the thumbscrews excessively.

Remove the subframe and the plug connection.
Press clamp fastening on one side first and lift

the subframe on that side.

Then press the clamp fastening on the other side

and remove the subframe.

Quick start

Connect the power cable(s).
Make sure the power cable is not live.
Feed the cable(s) through the gland.
Connect the cores to the operating switch and
earth to the relevant terminal.
Tighten the gland(s).
Ensure the cable is clamped firmly in the gland.
Only then will the IP54 sealing be effective.

Refit the subframe.
Press the clamp fastening into place on one side
first and then the clamp fastening on the other side.
Do not damage the power cables.
For control management via wired internet only:
10 Connect the ethernet cable.
11 Refit the front cover.
Fit the front cover onto the housing from the top.
Retighten the two T25 screws on the side
completely.
Retighten the two T25 screws from the underside.
Avoid dropping the front cover. Keep hold of
the front cover with one hand.

Status indication

Charging pass accepted, cable connected.
Communicating with vehicle or charged
and ready to use.
Charging transaction active, with indication
of charging rate.
Error message, with error code.
