Preparation for use
Measuring procedure
Loop tester
Before start a measure, please read carefully following notes :

Battery voltage : press the ON button; if display indicate LOW BATTERY,
batteries need to be replaced (cf. §. Battery replacement)
This instrument is just for use on single phase network : 230VAC ± 20% /

50Hz

The wiring must be correct : verify that the led L-N and L-E are lighted.

For the duration of the test, the protective devices must be by-passed

Inspect the leads for any sign of abnormal condition or damage. A bad result
and bad accuracy of the test could result.

Connect the tester to the installation to be tested.

Turn instrument on by pressing " TEST ON". The LCD display will come to the
following screen :

Pressing on button TEST ON will start the test. This testing procedure is fully
automatic and controlled by the micro processor.

Main voltage is indicating the voltage between L and N.

Disconnect the tester from the circuit under test. From this first results, you
can scroll trough the test results using the TEST ON button :
