Kitchen multideck rack for drying plates HURAKAN have a collapsible construction and
consist of four racks and five shelves. The racks are made of: of painted steel 2 mm thick,
powder coated. The adjustment step is 100 mm. At the bottom of the rack is a stainless steel
sump, intended for collecting liquid coming from wet dishes. The height of the shelves is
adjustable. The support of the racks are equipped with height adjusters, which allows to
eliminate the unevenness of the floor.
5. Preparing the product for operation. Operation procedure
Remove the packaging, assemble the product according to the assembly diagram, install in
place, adjust for height the product is ready for operation.
Maintenance and repair of the rack is carried out by specially trained staff.
The scheduled maintenance and current repairs are carried out according to the current
approved structure of the repair cycle.
