cloth and a little washing up liquid, if required.
Never immerse the scale in water or rinse it under
running water.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning prod-

chemicals, drastic changes in temperature, elec-
tromagnetic fields and sources of heat that are too
near.
• Never step onto the outer edge of the scale with
one foot as this could cause the scale to tip!

be disposed of in special containers, toxic waste
collection points or brought to electrical goods
dealers. You are legally obliged to dispose of the
batteries.

Cd = Battery contains cadmium,
Hg = Battery contains mercury.
• The appliance should be disposed
of according to Regulation 2002/96/EC-
