DDIN head unit provision
1. Mount the DDIN head unit to the radio
brackets using the screws supplied with
the head unit. (Figure A)
2. Mount the climate control to the radio/
bracket assembly with the factory
hardware. (Figure A)
3. Mount the radio/climate control
assembly into the dash.
4. Locate the factory wiring harness in
the dash. Metra recommends using
the proper mating adapter from Metra
or AXXESS. Re-connect the negative
battery terminal and test the unit for
proper operation.
5. Attach the factory panel clips to the
99-8233 radio trim panel.
6. Reassemble dash in reverse order of
disassembly using the 99-8233 radio
trim panel. Note: Snap the 99-8233
trim panel into the factory panel
before installing the whole assembly
over the radio/climate controls.
