Registering the device with the base
In order to telephone using your Gigaset L410, it must be registered with your
telephone's base. If you purchased the device in a set with a Gigaset telephone, it
is already registered.
Note
The Gigaset L410 uses 0000 as its PIN for registration. When you have set another PIN
on your base, you must reset this to 0000 to enable registration of the L410. After
registration you can change the PIN again.
As soon as you have inserted the battery, the device becomes ready for
registration for a 5 minute period. The LED indicates readiness for registration
by flashing (green, 3 x per second).
Following this, the device switches off. When you switch the device on again (by
pressing the answer/end call key for at least 3 seconds) it is ready for registration
