At the pause state, press "PROG" key to select program "FAT", press "MODE" key to select item
number and press "+" and "-" key to set the parameter.
• Sex: Set the parameter range by pressing "+" to select male sex,press "-" to select female sex,
default sex is male.
• Age: Set the parameter range to a value between 10 to 100. Thedefault value is 25.
• Height: Set the parameter range to a value between 100 to 199CM,the default value is 170CM.
• Weight: Set the parameter range to a value between 20 to 150KG, thedefault value is: 70KG.
• Body Mass Index (BMI): Once the parameter setting is completed,the system enters the BMI test
state. Please hold the heart rateinductor on left and right hard grips with both hands, then wait
for8seconds. The time window will display the tested person's BMI.
