Erasing a Re-writable (RW) Disc
With this feature, you can use the drive to erase the data that are stored in a re-writable (RW)
disc.
1.
Connect the AC/DC adapter and turn on the drive.
Eject button to eject the tray and then place the disc (RW disc type) on the tray.

Note:
If you have inserted other than RW disc type, a "Disc Can't Erase" message appears on the LCD display.
Remove the disc and replace it with the correct disc type.

When the erasing process is complete, the drive automatically ejects and a "
message appears on the LCD display.
Changing Source
With this feature, you can switch the source if you inserted a USB device with multiple drives
(USB-hub) or an external hard disk drive (HDD) with more than one partition.
1.
Connect the AC/DC adapter and turn on the drive.

Eject button to eject the tray and then place the disc on the tray.

Close the disc tray.

Plug in a USB-hub device or an external HDD to the USB port of the drive.
