Chapter 1: Introduction

This portable slim type DVD-RW drive provides professional-quality DVD and CD performance
for writing, rewriting, and reading. The drive is equipped with buffer underrun technology to
eliminate buffer underrun errors, so you can safely use your notebook for other things while
you are writing to DVD or CD. Besides the standard ODD function when it is connected to your
notebook, it is also designed as a multifunction portable duplicator that allows you to copy data
or make data backup between disc, USB device, and memory card.
