Possible causes

» Inadequate machine storing
conditions / Temporary lock.
» Spent capsule drawer filled.
» Capsule stuck.
» A previously used capsule is
used.
» Capsule not present.
» Capsule not compatible.
» Slow supplying – hydraulic
circuit clogged with limescale.
Solution
» Unplug the machine from the
power socket and allow it to rest
at room temperature enough
time (max. 1 hour).
Plug the machine in again, then
press the switch-on button
(make one attempt only).

» Empty the tray and make an
attempt at closing the lever.
» Open and close the lever to
drop the capsule.

» Use a new capsule.
» Insert the capsule.
» Try again by using another
capsule from a different
package.
IF THE PROBLEM CANNOT

» Perform the descaling
procedure by means of the
Lavazza descaling product.
