Recommended action
Change the phase rotation at the
CEE plug with a screwdriver, confirm
with the ESC key
Top-up the oil
Confirm with the ESC key
Insert the appropriate MOK
Deactivate the emergency stop
button, confirm with the ESC key. If
the cylinder is not in its rear end
position, the cylinder not back error
will appear. Move it back with ENTER
Stop assembly
Check fan
Turn off the machine and allow to
cool for about 5 minutes
Re-start
Check the assembly, check the cut,
use the AKL test piece, determine
and correct the cause of the error,
reset the error message with ESC,
the damaged connections should be
scrapped.
Remove and clean the assembly
cone, check the cone for wear and
errors, defective tools should be
replaced with new ones, lubricate and
replace the assembly cone, confirm
with ESC.
Service! Set the pressure at the
regulating valve.
Confirm with OK
No longer use the assembly cone in
mass production, replace with a new
one
Change the assembly cone
Determine the cause of the overload
