Attention! It is prohibited to assembly at the place, where the working part of the inserted tool (blade) would be directed towards
the tool operator.
Make sure, that the holes in the inserted tool are in line with the pins of the spindle handle. Attention! It is forbidden to install at
places, where the inserted tool will be mounted with less than two pins.
Install the outer fl ange of the spindle adapter, then tighten the whole set to the spindle using a screw, which is fi rmly and securely
tightened.
Installation of the abrasive sheet (IV)
If a grinding tool is to be the insertion tool, then before you proceed to operate the machine, it is required to install an abrasive
sheet. The attachment is equipped with a Velcro fastener to which the abrasive sheet must be fastened in such a manner that
the edges of the sheet are aligned with the edges of the attachment. In case of attachments with holes used to extract dust, it
is required to use abrasive sheets with holes. While attaching the sheet to the attachment, make sure the holes in the sheet are
aligned with the holes of the attachment.
Adjustments of the speed of oscillations (V)
The tool is equipped with a rotational regulator of the speed of oscillations, which permits smooth adjustments within the range
indicated in the table. In order to adjust the speed of oscillation, move the handwheel to the desired position.
PREPARING FOR OPERATION
Disconnect the battery from the tool.
Before working with the tool, you should check whether the body enclosure, the battery and inserted tool are not damaged. If there
are any visible damages to the power tool is prohibited to operate it until the damages are removed!
Install the inserted tool which is designed for the selected type of work.
Wear eye protection, hearing protectors and working gloves.
Check whether the switch is in the "off " position. Then insert the battery into the power tool.
Adopt the proper body position, which is needed to maintain balance, and start the tool by its switch.
OPERATING OF THE TOOL
Proceed to work by applying the inserted tool to the workpiece. During operation you should not exert too much pressure on the
workpiece material and do not make any sudden movements, to avoid damage of the insertion tool or abrasive sheet.
Due to the emitted vibration level, noise and dust you should apply regular work breaks. Do not allow to overload the tool, its
external surfaces temperature should never exceed 60
C.
o
Always use personal protective equipment: work gloves, protective glasses and hearing protection.
Periodically clean the abrasive sheet from the accumulated dust. To do this, turn off the tool and gently tap the foot of grinding
machine. It is forbidden to process diff erent materials with the same abrasive sheet!
At the end of work you should turn off the tool, disconnect the rechargeable battery, then make maintenance and inspection.
The declared, total declared value of vibration was measured by the standard test method, and it can be applied to compare one
tool to another. The declared, Declared total value of vibration can was used in a preliminary assessment of exposure.
Attention! The vibration emissions when working with the tool can diff er from the declared value, depending on how you use the
tool.
Attention! You should specify the security measures to protect the operator, which are based on an assessment of exposure in the
actual conditions of use such as, for example, the time when the tool is turned off or it is idling, and its activation time).
MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAUL
ATTENTION! Before any adjustment, technical service or maintenance operations unplug the tool. Once the operations have been
fi nished, the technical conditions of the tool must be assessed by means of external evaluation and inspection of the following
elements: body and handle, conductor with a plug and defl ection, functioning of the electric switch, patency of ventilation slots,
sparking of brushes, noise level of functioning of bearings and gears, start-up and smoothness of operation. During the guarantee
period, the user cannot dismantle the electric tools or change any sub-assemblies or elements, since it will cancel any guarantee
rights. All irregularities detected at overhaul or during functioning of the tools are a signal to have the tool repaired at a service
shop. Once the functioning has been concluded, the casing, ventilation slots, switches, additional handle and protections must be
cleansed with a stream of air (at a pressure not exceeding 0.3 MPa), with a brush or a cloth without any chemical substances or
cleaning liquids. Tools and handles must be cleansed with a clean cloth.
