TROUBLESHOOTING

When you run into any problems operating this product, use the table below to troubleshoot
the problems.
Problem
The unit doesn't operate
The dehumidifying
function doesn't work or
the unit turn on / off
frequently
Operation is noisy
Note: If the problem persists or other abnormal situations occur, turn off the machine and pull
out the plug. Then contact our Repair center for help.

Possible Cause
No power supply
Water Full Indication Flash
Room temperature under 5
degree or above 35 degree
Timer function is active.
Is the air filter clogged?
Is the door/window
opened?
Is the unit close any heat
emanation?
Is the intake duct or discharge
duct obstructed?
Is the unit tilted or unsteady?
Is the air filter clogged?
Solution
Connect to a functioning outlet
and switch on
Drain water tank and reset your
setting, or replace the water tank
to right place
Self-Protection designed to
protect the unit. Can not work
under such temperature
Deactivate Timer function.
Clean the air filter as instructions
Close the door / window
Remove the unit to a cool place
Remove the obstruction from the
discharge duct or intake duct.
Place on an even, solid surface
(less vibration).
