- tighten the clamping screws (D or F).
Fasten the rack to the vehicle roof rack's second
bearer profile in the same manner.

- place the skis on the rack's lower arm - caution -
always place the skis so the front tips of the skis are
facing opposite to the direction of travel!
- press the clamping arm downwards -arrow- until the
lock audibly clicks -detail-.
- inspect the correct placement of the skis on the rack
and lock it (the key (G) is in the horizontal position).
Remove the key.
The disassembly of the ski rack
- the open bearer profile
- unhook the roof rack covers, loosen the clamping
screws (D) and slide the ski rack from the profile.
- the closed bearer profile
- loosen the clamping screws (D, F) and click the flexible
section of the tightening ear from its solid section.
- remove the ski rack from the bearer profile.
Important
- always fasten the ski rack to the side of the bearer pro-
file (never in the centre).
- a maximum of 4 pairs of skis may be attached to the ski
rack.
- make sure that the ski bindings are not too close to the
vehicle's roof and thus do not damage it in any way.
- prior to departure, always inspect that the skis are cor-
rectly fastened and that the ski rack lock is shut.
- when driving with a full rack of skis, the driving proper-
ties of the vehicle change meaning that you should adapt
your speed to the given conditions.
Caution. Always inspect the screw connections and
the fastening of the load after driving for a short
while. Carry out inspections in the same way prior to
departure!
