WARRANTY

• This warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal deterioration of the product, provided
that the floor coverings will be used in indoor areas and will be laid and maintained in accordance
with the instructions.
• The warranty covers the replacement of defective tiles or planks but does not include the cost of
removing or laying them.
• The warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Defects, negligence, misuse or improper use caused by users, in particular:
Defects due to laying (unsatisfactory subfloor preparation, incorrect assembly),
Defects due to caution, accidental impact (knocking, falling objects, scratches caused by moving
objects, etc.),
Defects due to mold and / or water damage (leakage, flooding).
- Outdoor installation.
- Installation on a wall.
- Where direct exposure to sunlight results in temperatures exceeding allowable limits.
- Where long term exposure to UV light sources results in fading.
- Gapping caused by structural or subfloor movement, or any gapping that maybe caused by extreme
changes in temperature.
