Can I use the charger as a power supply?
7-stage chargers are designed to only supply power to the battery clips when they are connected correctly
to a battery. This is to prevent sparks during connection to the battery or it connected incorrectly by mistake.
This safely feature prevents the charger from being used as a 'power supply'. No voltage will be present at
the clips until connected to the battery.
How can I know what stage the battery charger is in?
Below are the conditions that are displayed by the LEDs for each of the charge stages.

This device must be purchased in a professional distributor of electronics or electricity devices. Warranty

This is a commercial limited warranty and only all malfunctions, repairing materials and labor necessary is
covered during this period. To do this, contact your dealer and send back the faulty equipment together with
the purchasing ticket or invoice.
This warranty is void if the equipment has suffered any physical damage, internal or external manipulation
or alteration undertaken by unauthorized personnel or independent organization of FULLWAT brand. Nor
damage due to misuse of the user or installer, such as connecting the equipment to power sources
unsuitable for it, or subject to adverse weather conditions and inappropriate covered.
This warranty is only valid for this device: it will not be repaired, or replaced appliances have been damaged
as a result of misuse of the charger.
