Changing the network name

"Settings" screen
How to proceed:
1. Touch next to the "Network name (SSID)".
An enquiry for authentication will appear.
2. Enter the valid WLAN password and confirm with "OK".
3. Enter the new network name and confirm with "CHANGE".
The FM-Master WLAN gives an acoustic signal to indicate that the network name has been successfully
changed.
The WLAN connection to the FM-Master WLAN is disconnected and restarted.
4. Establish the WLAN connection using the new network name.

Changing the WLAN password

"Settings" screen
How to proceed:
1. Touch next to the "WLAN password".
An enquiry for authentication will appear.
2. Enter the old valid WLAN password and confirm with "OK".
3. Enter the new WLAN password, repeat the entry and confirm with "CHANGE".
The FM-Master WLAN gives an acoustic signal to indicate that the password has been successfully
changed.
The WLAN connection to the FM-Master WLAN is disconnected and restarted.
4. Establish the WLAN connection using the new password.
N O T E
When using an Android smartphone/tablet, the authentication may not function correctly after a pass-
word change as the new password is not automatically prompted. Remedy:
Select the network name in the WLAN settings of your smartphone/tablet and enter the new pass-
word.
Delete WLAN on the smartphone/tablet, select WLAN again and connect.

Updating the system time

"Settings" screen
How to proceed:
1. Touch next to "Update time".
The touch symbol is active when the system time of the FM-Master WLAN differs from the time on the oper-
ating device,
The time is only updated when the touch symbol is active.
2. Confirm the query with "OK".
