SAFETY INFORMATIONS

Wear approved safety glasses and fuel-resistant gloves during the repair.
Always keep a fire extinguisher nearby; it must be suitable for fuel-related fires.

Do not smoke during the repair. Smoking and open flames can lead to fire.
Make sure that all fuel lines are free of leakage after repairs have been carried out.

PREPARATION
Disconnect the negative battery cable (stitches due to a short circuit when there is a fire hazard).
Removing corresponding cylinder ignition coil.

Loosen the nut (A) and remove the grounding
conductor.
•
Disconnect the plug of the injector (B).
Loosen and remove screw plug (C).
•
•
Loosen and remove the screws (E).
Remove clamp plate (D and F). Clamp plate (D) must
•
be replace before installing.
•
Remove the EMV plate (G).
Loosen and remove the screw (H).
•
•
Remove the clamping devise (I).
Use this tool to pull up the injectors (J) out of the
•
cylinder head.
•
Make sure that all injectors mounting in the same place,
during installing.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories
and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner
which is compatible with the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for
recycling information. Dispose of this product at the end of its working life environmentally
