OPERATION
Shove the balancing axle through the wheels hub and center by
using the center cones. Lock the wheel with the fixing collars.
Place the axle assembly on the precision bearings.
Note: The wheel must be able to rotate freely.
In case of an imbalance, the heavier part of the tire swings in
lower position and stays in six o' clock position.
Mark the tire in twelve o' clock position (lightest part) with a piece
of white chalk.
Rotate the wheel 90°.
Your marking should be either in nine o' clock or in three o' clock
position right now.
By applying spoke-clamp weights or rime edge weights you can
now balance the tire.
The tire is fully balanced, when it does not rotate autonomously
in every possible wheel position.
Note: In case of using weights that need to be glued on,
distribute the required amount of weights equally over the left and
right edge of the rim.
