The BC-17 is an insect catcher which is not harmful for humans or
animals and protects your living room, bedroom or bedroom of your
children from mosquitoes and other insects.
This principle is based on the attraction of insects towards the blue/
purple colour of a UV-light. Once the insects are drawn towards the
UV LEDs, they are then sucked into a container. The insects are
neither killed nor injured, unlike other insect traps which function by
using glue boards or high voltage.
The BC-17 is odourless and operates without using chemical
toxins, so is perfectly suitable for use in babies or in children's
rooms.
When not using the BC-17 however, please keep out of the reach
of children and in a safe place.
The Alecto BC-17 complies with the essential requirements and
provisions as defined in the European Directive 1999/5/EC.

Do not throw this product into the normal household waste
when it has reached the end of its life cycle. This product
should rather be taken to a collection point for the recycling
of electrical and electronic equipment.
