PROBLEM
Coffee does not come
out.The indicator D
blinks RED.
The coffee is not hot
enough.
The indicator D is lit up
steady RED.
When a button is
pressed to dispense
coffee, the machine
seems to start but
then stops without
dispensing coffee or
only dispenses a small
amount.
Coffee is dispensed
very slowly, and is of
poor quality.
See the data plate
on the bottom of the
machine.

Troubleshooting

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The water tank is empty.
- Cold cups / espresso
cups.
- Scale build-up in the
machine.
Heating up problems.
Incorrect programming of
amounts.
The button C was used
with an espresso capsule.

Fill the tank with fresh water. Press
the button to refi ll the circuit.When
the buttons are lit up steady, the
machine is ready to use.
- Preheat the cup.
- Descale.
-Turn the machine off and then
on again. If the problem persists,
take the machine to an Authorised
Service Centre.
Reprogram the amount for the
button.

amount of coffee in a cup".
Use the buttons A or B.
