Electrical connection
Before starting the unit, disconnect the power supply and make sure it is not recon-
nected! Check that there is no voltage! The electrical connections can be made only
by specialist personnel and in compliance with the reference standards. Do not use the
unit if the enclosure shows visible damage, e.g. cracks.
The unit may not be accessible from the back.
Cables with low voltage, such as the temperature sensors, must be routed separately
from high voltage ones. Insert the temperature sensor cables only on the left side of
the unit and the power cables only on the right side.
The user must provide for a mains disconnection device, e.g. an emergency magne-
to-thermal switch.
The cables connected to the controller must not be exposed for more than 55 mm and
the cable jacket must enter the cover up to the other end of the retaining clamp.
Install the temperature probes
The controller works with Pt1000 temperature sensors with accuracy up to 1 °C, which ensure
optimum control of the system functions.
If necessary, the sensor cables can be extended to a maximum of 30 m using a cable
with cross-section of at least 0.75 mm². Place the sensor exactly in the area to be mea-
sured! Only use sensors suitable for immersion, contact or flat for the specific area of
application with the suitable temperature range.
Cables with low voltage, such as the temperature sensors, must be routed separately from
high voltage ones. Insert the temperature sensor cables only on the left side of the unit and the
power cables only on the right side.
