3. Stop the software program
When you turn off the computer power, follow two steps :
exit "Commercial AC Management Software 2.0" & then

2 exit Windows
Before exiting "Commercial AC Management Software 2.0", click "X" on the top
right corner of the main interface page and then exit Windows.
Click to close the software
